Next question:
For this wizard, go to Unica NetInsight and create a funnel report with following funnel steps:
- 1.) All Visits
- 2.) visits that didn't bounce
- 3.) visits that exhibit typical behavior for active prospects (e.g. browsing/shopping),
- 4.) visits beginning checkout / lead form
- 5.) visits completing purchase or lead registration
- Then run a date comparison for this funnel for the current vs. most recent period where conversion rates were not yet down
